November 1, 2009 Lee Hayward Talk about it in the Message Boards The recent news coming out of Austin from the University Interscholastic League Legislative Council meeting last week raised a few eyebrows in West Texas. There were two things that happened that did little to benefit the schools in this part of the state when it comes to travel with the adoption of a split division format in football for Class 2A and the announcement of a pre-determined site for all state football championships.
