October 31, 2009 Rick Kretzschmar Talk about it in the Message Boards John Berry has been reinstated as the Longview football team's associate head coach and co-defensive coordinator, 3 1/2 weeks after he was removed from that position in the aftermath of an on-field incident. Berry, who was reinstated on Friday, said Longview ISD Director of Extracurricular Activities Pat Collins met with him on Wednesday about the possibility of resuming his coaching duties. Berry said Longview head coach John King called him Friday to tell him he was returning to the team. Read Here
