DALLAS- It was business as usual for the Dallas Skyline Raiders (9-0, 6-0) as they destroyed another District 9-5A opponent with an easy 62-3 win over Dallas White (4-5, 2-4) at Forrester Stadium. Mike Davis was the main culprit in the Skyline rout catching four passes for 114 yards and 3 touchdowns all in the first half as the Raiders rolled up a 42-0 halftime lead.

Javia Hall piloted a Skyline offense that rolled up 511 yards of offense for three quarters. Hall threw for 271 yards and five touchdowns completing 13 for 18 passes on the night. Joe Powell was solid in a supporting role catching four passes for 88 yards and two touchdowns.

The rushing game was clicking for the Raiders as well as Tony Drake had fifty yards on just four carries and a score and Brandon Bowles chipped in fifty yards on six carries and a score.

The Raiders defense was suffocating as the linebacker trip of Corey Nelson, Domonique Patterson, and Anthony Wallace led the way holding the WT White offense in check. The Longhorns offense missing QB Carter White was held to just a 34 yard field goal by Nelson Morales in the fourth quarter.

The win for Skyline clinches the District 9-5A title for the Raiders which is their third straight district championship, this also clinches the top seed for Skyline in the Division 1 seeding for the district. Skyline closes out the regular season next week against Dallas Sunset.
